I just rented the first 2 disc's of alias from netflix, I made it about 10mins into the first episode before I was cussing.. This show sucks. It is almost like "Gilmore Girls" or something.

i like the show. i agree its a little (ok very) stupid at times and they're tryign to hard to go for the whole macho chick thing and decide to make the show lose all credibility, but hey its entertaining!!
That's the furthest you got? At least give it 20 minutes more so that you can see her whole world collapse, then tell me it still sucks.
Edit: There are a lot of criticisms that can be made of this show, but at least watch a single episode before sounding off.
Actually I find, that people who keep giving things "chances" waste time better spent on something else.
gilmore girls just sounds too much of a chick flick... alias sounds more secret agent/ govermenty.

Considering how completely her world changes by the end of the first episode, you made a huge mistake in thinking you know anything about the rest of the series by watching just 10 minutes.
Read the first 10 pages of Fellowship of the Ring and you'll conclude it's all about the hobbit fun-time parties.
everyone is entitled to their own opinion.. but saying alias is like gilmore girls shows you didn't even bother watching the show...

You have to get through the first couple episodes before you have any clue what's going on. I first saw it when there was a Marathon during soem holiday during Season 2. They showed all of season 1 and my wife and I got hooked. It's a really awesome show. That and Jennifer Garner is HOT!
10 min of the pilot, that's it? Jumped the gun just a LITTLE there. Passing judgement before seeing even a single episode makes you come off like such an utter moron.
If you listen to those people saying you should at least see more, get season 2, disc 4, and watch episode 13, called Phase 1. You get to see Jennifer Garner in two HOT lingerie outfits, have her kick the crap out of a bad guy, and then an airplane blows up. And that's all before the opening credits. Edit: Okay, so the plane thing happens a bit later in the ep... still.
Since things like plot and backstory obviously mean nothing to you, you should appreciate that episode a lot more.

One of the best shows on television in my opinion, but hey if you don't like it, whatever. I've only read 10 seconds of your comments and I don't like you. Infact, you suck.
