Whoa! What happened to FRAPS

I don't know when it happened, but I've just been tweaking around with the settings for all of my games and when I loaded up BF2, the frame rates I was getting from FRAPS was horrible--30-40 with 4x AA, 16x AF, Trans. Supersampling, and clamped LOD bias. My rendering mode is split frame rendering and I've had those settings before and was in the 60-100 range during gameplay. Frames to render ahead is at its default 3.

Anyone think they might know what's up?
