from seti spy...

i used to run at 220MFlops...and only 6hrs per WU, whats the deal?

wintop says seti running at ~67% cpu...

running win98se, amd k7 800mhz, 512mb pc133...

Possibly a very low angle range WU. Something less than ~0.3xx. If so, it's a known bug that they refuse to fix. :|

I've had it happen on my comp a couple of times (but also with higher AR WUs).
Usually some other:)Q!!!) application has hogged a lot of CPU time and after quitting it SETI has stuck to a very low usage.

Rebooting has always fixed the problem (at least for me).

wu gone, got a new one, 245mflops, 4:30 total time till completion :)

These WUs get distributed over and over so you don't have to worry about any science being lost. When you get something like that...get rid of it and start anew.

Glad you are now looking a reasonable CPU Time. ;) :)
