Whoa..theory of life, the universe, and everything may have been found!

Fritzo

Lifer
Using some advanced physics and imagination, a group of scientists was able to take an idea that we are in a "sea of universes" and use that to explain everything from the laws of physics to how the universe came to be.

Mind blowing stuff...

As intersting as this stuff is to me, In no way will I be able to read all of that.

Cliffs?

PS:Michio Kaku= the man

edit:In a parallel demension I wouldn't have made my edit. How wierd is that??

The idea of parallel universes has been around for quite some time. And it is only a theory supported by some physicists.

Physicists decide that brane theory supplants string theory as the most likely model for a theory of everything. The big bang was caused by two branes colliding together, which happens all the time. The number of branes can be infinite and you can make one in your basement.

What is the theory of live?

Oh, you mean the theory of life! I get it. The Theory of Life and the Universe!

No sense in you worrying about the theory of life, you need to go back to school and concentrate more on the English language and grammar.

Reminds me of that show a while back where this one dude traveled to different dimensions..it was on fox..anybody remember the name?

Wow so according to this article our whole universe could be nothing more than a science experiment in some Star Trek geek's basement from alternate universe... mind boggling.

I have never heard this before. But I haven't read anything really up to date.

You talking about Sliders? And don't forget Quantum Leap.

Ahh yes sliders that's the one.

John Titor was right. When you travel back in time you affect the events of a different universe than the one you left. Amazing!

Great this means any time now our universe could get bumped into causing the end of existence and restart I don?t think I can sleep at night. And since they said a universe could be created in lab does that mean "god" is someone in a parallel universe that created us?

ALAN GUTH: I in fact have worked with several other people for some period of time on the question of whether or not it's in principle possible to create a new universe in the laboratory. Whether or not it really works we don't know for sure. It looks like it probably would work. It's actually safe to create a universe in your basement. It would not displace the universe around it even though it would grow tremendously. It would actually create its own space as it grows and in fact in a very short fraction of a second it would splice itself off completely from our Universe and evolve as an isolated closed universe growing to cosmic proportions without displacing any of the territory that we currently lay claim to.
