Whoa, Microsoft is advertising on Facebook!

I was a bit shocked when I saw Microsoft advertisements on Facebook - but they weren't Microsoft advertisements at first glance. It was just a sidebar banner that says: "coding, not just for geeks anymore" and shows a bunch of normal-looking people.

That Mark Zuckerberg dude must not be hurting for money. I don't like my profile on facebook though...I joined as a Rochester student and not as a UNC student...all my friends are UNC though.

If you have a UNC email, then you can have two accounts. My friend is married to himself cuz he has two email accounts from different schools.

They other day, I went on facebook and looked up some of my classmates after my prof. said he did the same. I noticed that one girl that sits near me in class had down that she was a liberal, and in one class I started to talk about Karl Rove to her. That night she sent me a "friend" invitation and I noticed her politics changed from liberal to conservative. :Q
