Been wondering just how cool it has been in S. Floriduh lately? (Of course not, why would you?)

The highest one Ive ever gotten in Floriduh. Here over 5 years now.

Sure costs a lot more to heat these high ceiling, high mounted air vent houses than to cool them.

Must be that shuttle flying over at "18 times the speed of light" according to CNN.

Ours was pretty high too. We did run the heat and kept it at a nice 70-72deg most of the time. Lots of windows in the house and not the insulated kind, so, heat just goes right out on the few cold days we get. I asked FPL About insulated windows before we built this house and they said it didn't make a big impact down here. I guess they don't keep the 'cool' in in the summertime which is about 90-95% of the year here.

oh well, nice out again, so, hopefully can enjoy some savings.

Yeah, utility bills are getting pretty high here too.

The gas price has been increasing also. Yesterday I had to pay $1.75 per gallon for 93 Octane gas.

Yeah, gas has been creeping up also. Saw close to $2.00 in Boca but still in the 1.80s where I buy.

Got a BJs card and their 93 octane gas runs pretty well in the LS1. Was about 1.60 the other day.
