Indeed it does. You know what other localized weather pattern is great there? Double lake effect snow. Lake Ontario + Canandaigua Lake = massive snowstorm. :Q
 
Jesus, wtf does "!breazy" mean? You not only spelled "breezy" wrong, but then you prefixed it with an exclamation point in a forum full of programmers who see "!breazy" and immediately think, "not breazy". That thought is followed immediately by, "He means 'breezy', right?"
