Who would win?

In a war, who would win, France or Canada? Canadas military is basically non-existant (or did they fix their tank?) and the French...will just surrender. Who would win this ultimate confrontation? My guess would be Canada because they managed to beat France once for independance and so they would be able to do it again.

they would call it a draw when they both realized that without a decent navy, the war would amount to nothing anyway

although france has at least a couple of SSBN submarines, they could just launch all of the nukes on those and kill most of the moosen/polar bears in canada and win in about 20 minutes

so i'll go with France, definetly France, as long as they are willing to use their nukes
