Yeah is this really a question? I wonder who you could pit against Yoda as a fair fight though... my initial thought has been Iron Man but it would just be a battle of Yoda trying to get close and Iron Man keeping distance / tactical strikes.

Who can you pit against a lightsaber who doesn't have one of their own?

Hmmm...

Someone who can move things by just thinking about it.

vs

a rich guy in a robot suit.

Let me think about that, I'll get back to you.

Thor would be a better match up.

Yoda isn't that dangerous. Just shine a bright light on him. Though if you do get him wet or feed him after midnight, that could be trouble.

Alien is only tough because they are bushwackers, but you can't bushwack Yoda since he can use the force to feel all things around him. Aliens vs Boba Fett would be interesting. And Boba Fett vs Predator would be epic...

The only problem I can see is the fact that Yoda will eventually have to get in close to dice them up and then he's exposed to the acid blood. Since the movies never showed any nest with more than a few hundred Aliens, I think Yoda's abilities would see him through any likely encounter. I do think that if there existed some kind of supernest with thousands of individuals they would eventually get him due to sheer exhaustion.

Really, increasing mass definitely makes it harder for force users to move/alter said objects path. Yoda wouldn't be able to move Thors hammer 1mm before it smashed him into green custard.

You could use the same arguement to claim that Thor would lose to 40 trillion hamsters.

Well are we talking about one alien or a nest of them? I thought that one of the Aliens' mains strengths was numbers. Yoda's main strength is his intelligence and prowess as an individual fighter. Strength against strength Yoda still wins 99% of the time IMO. I had to hypothesize something that had no basis in Alien canon (that I know of) to find a scenario where he might lose.

Are the aliens jedi hybrids?

That's a good point - the xenomorphs assume qualities of whatever species they decide to hybridize (e.g. the Alien dog in the 3rd Alien movie). Therefore if a xenomorph was to hybridize someone that had a unnaturally high level of Midi-chlorians, then those xenomorphs would be able to use the force.
