You can't be realistic about this question at all, so i suppose it'll depend on what series you're thinking about? If it's EX, then it's kinda 3D and Bruce Lee can do his hopping around.......otherwise, maybe suggest Fei Long?

Hadoken. As much as I love Mr. Lee, I don't think a mere mortal could do much to stop a fireball. Or dragon punch. Or Hurricane Kick. ouch.

Fei Long on the other hand, was pretty good in Super.
