That's absurd. Batman is a human being with a good physique and a utility belt. Superman is effectively a god, and could kick the asses of the rest of the Justice League of America with one hand tied behind his back. This would not even be a contest.

If Batman had somehow fabricated a krypton mesh suit, he might have a chance. Although the super dude's evil eye would melt the suit and right through Mr. Bat so Batman would also need to have the jump on Superman.

Coke would win because everyone would be drinking it and eating popcorn on the sidelines in awe of the 20 second match. Bruce Lee would later demonstrate what his infamous "1 inch punch" would do to an aluminum can roughly the size of a Coke can. On lookers would be charged a meager $37 for this once in a lifetime spectacle. It would be available on pay per view for $69.99.

The real winner would be Lex Luthor. Given his owning of 1,000,000 shares in Coke and the fact that he owns the pay per view rights, he would clearly come out ahead while taking a minimal risk to his own well being.

In a straight out fight in a big field Superman would whoop him but, on a city that's a different story. I mean comeon Batman with a bit of kryptonite can make Superman his equal then Batman would fvck him up.

Where is Batman going to get Kryptonite in the first place, and how would he get close enough to use it? Unlike Superman, he is bounded by gravity, and, though quick, is not 1/100 as quick as Superman. Regardless of environment, this would not be a fair fight.
