Maybe a dumb question-

Lookin to transfer, who do I contact at the university I want to transfer to? I want to ask about credits and what-not.

Contact the department you want to transfer to first so you can set everything up. As for the logistics of what transfers and what doesn't, and the forms you need, etc., you would probably contact the registrar.
