Whoever finds them will try to sue everyone and make everyone responsible.

Start by suing the person who took the pictures, the company that makes the camera that took the pictures, the parents of the children in the pictures, the web host that hosted the pictures, google for caching the pictures, the US government just because, the person who sold you the computer that you saw the pictures with, microsoft, and your state and local governments.
