Unbelievably the overly hyped yankee lineup is down 2 - 1, and might lose today. Is A Rod going to choke again today and strike out 4 times and leave 10 people on base...? Or will Jeter be clutch again and help the Yankees win the game?

My money's on the Tigers! F the yankees... Rooting for the yankees is like going to a casino and rooting for the house, its just plain retarded. "best team money can buy". It makes me sick. I live in michigan, and I hope the tigers cremate the yankees tonight. Bonderman will eat them alive!!

Seeing as I'm a big Red Sox fan, the only consolation I can have this season is to see the Yankee's go down 😛 Go Tigers!

Thanks. I had been watching the UF v LSU game on CBS. I didn't even know tigers v yanks were on today.
 
6-0 tigers ... bottom of 5th inning ... 0 outs. I predict a MONSTER win for detroit. It's awesome that it's in their home field, too. Glad I'm a tigers fan.
 
This game reminds me of Game 7 2004 ALCS, where we just dug ourselves a big hole sending out 2 less than average starters and gave ourselves no chance to recover.
Amazing that we would hit a slump in the middle of the playoffs when we were playing so well earlier in the year.
I will admit, last night we got outpitched, but today, the bats are ice cold. Some very hittable pitches are being tapped for nothing.
 
If they go out in the first round of the playoffs, I predict a shakeup in the Yankees organization. I think arod will be out and MAYBE shefield.
