Who will win this paypal dispute?

I bought southwest voucher tickets on craigslist. SW only issues e-tickets for the vouchers. So the guy sends me an empty UPS envelope. I do a paypal dispute. Guess who won? He did, because he provided proof of shipping :roll:

So I had to do a chargeback with my CC.

If I win the chargeback with CC, will paypal try to take money from my bank?

Is it possible I lose the chargeback dispute with CC?

market rate was $780 for 2 tix. SW vouchers typically go for $300/ticket. I've bought and sold before. First time I got scammed.

A long email thread with him stonewalling, etc. Huge red flag with the slow response but Paypal doesn't allow dispute until after a certain number of days.

I don't think I'll lose the CC dispute. I never got the plane tickets from the dude.

Definitely worth $600. I always have my wife, then my kid to open new accounts with. Then my parents.

There is technically no limit to accounts. Many have buying, selling and scamming accounts I bet.

Collections came after me for a negative balance.

I sent the agency a letter telling them to take me to court or stop harassing.

They stopped and never took me to court.
