Brother, for your own stress levels, no need to worry about Walz and anything in 8 years. There would be a primary if Harris has to leave after two terms, it's not handed to anybody.

It looks to me like you have been programmed by a traumatic past to fear a future that will bring more of the same. Having been robbed in the past of a an inborn joy of just being alive, you got guilt tripped into thinking you had to earn people's love and guard against further theft. You turned that into a fear that your hard earned substitute for self respect, as a worthy disciple of Mammon, you fear the tax man will again steal that hard won ersatz self respect.

So sad, all your fears have already happened and can never happen again because you are not a hardened zombie battle bot and nolonger wide open to the pain of those around you who, out of their own pain, could not show you real love.

You see the world as full of enemies instead of those who will tax themselves out of their compassion for others. Your miserliness has made you poor. But what could anybody expect our loss was enormous. Think about the possibility of awakening. You won't die, just the opposite because you already did. Good luck to you.

And remember a screw can be turned in two directions. Unscrew yourself.
 
People talking about balancing the ticket.
Harris is already the moderate. They needed someone slightly more progressive to lock in the progressive white part of the base.

Harris will bring in the historic 7 and the black vote. He will bring in the the rest of the base and might be appealing to undecideds because of his personality. Dems win when they turn out the vote. This ticket should have high turnout.

Wouldn't be surprised if he posted a pic lounging on a sofa, with some witticism I'm too dumb to come up with.

And for the record, in a vacuum the couch thing is dumb and classless. But the GOP tried to steal an election, and they still deny and no doubt will try again--fuck them and anyone who doesn't like it. Time to get off any high horses. Keep things legal (unlike the GOP), but time to get a bit dirty.

Biden was a losing candidate dragging us down, there is no comparison at all here with Harris/Walz. And I'm not asking people to ignore reality, ignore data, ignore facts, or ignore their eyes and ears, like you were.

Elections are won in October November not in August.. but they can be lost in August.. see Palin.

Hopefully dems see it out with enthusiam.

edit: Dunno why I wrote October.. maybe I needed to emphasize October momentum?
