Shapiro won 24% of counties, Whitmer 22%, and Walz 15%. So yea, you have a point, but Walz is still considerably behind the other two.
As an aside, just think how dominant the Dems could be if they somehow could win back even 10 or 20 percent more of the rural vote. I mean the party in Minnesota is the Democratic, FARMER, LABOR party, two of which they have managed to drive to the Reps.
