Why should she not talk policy? That's how Clinton got her teeth kicked in running on vote for me because Trump is a piece of shit. For example she should be shouting from the rooftops about the $2000 annual cap on out of pocket expenses for seniors on Medicare Part D that goes into effect for 2025 but that Trump will 100% reverse if elected. That's one of the scariest things in the world for seniors, that they'll be bankrupted by drug prices.
I said she shouldn't talk about progressive policy. She can talk about centrist policies all she wants.

Did anybody mention Scott Kelly from Arizona? I just saw that suggestion somewhere else and it hadn't occurred to me.

I still think Shapiro is the best choice but just brainstorming.

Somebody needs to keep grandpa at the spa until the D's figure out what they're going to do and are staged to execute it. His interview with Lester was a disaster that compounded with all his previous train wrecks.

any other option is a likely disaster and will completely alienate key parts of the electorate. So it's either think positive or not.

Kam is toast.

Like I said I'll bet you a slice of sicilian she loses to Trump!

Trump hasn't even started slinging mud at her and she's already got bad polling numbers!

Or, they're going to challenge her now.

See above ... or they don't want to taint their "fresh" run in '28 with the stink of being associated with this loss.
I can't take anybody's opinion seriously at this point who thinks we should stick with Biden.

Cool.

It's responses like this that make a lot of posters around here feel the same way about you.
I'm not here to make random people on the internet happy. I'm here to talk serious about politics, win elections, and defeat Republicans everywhere possible.

At this point I've lost track but multiple ride with Biden or die people have completely misrepresented things I've said about this election, and have never corrected themselves when I call them out either.

Initially after the debate I was thinking riding with biden is the best way forward but this continually poisoning of the well and self inflicted damage both from biden and the democratic elites astonishing. I'm going to be voting D no matter what but I'm fucking pissed and scared shitless at the same time

The bolded above is certainly supported in evidence by interrupting sane discussion quoted here:

by inserting your usual c*nty self with this totally on topic and non-personal attack found here:

I think you should worry less about what others are posting, and maybe try to follow more of what you tell yourself you're actually doing.

You're already calling Kamala's potential run as a stinky loss. She hasn't even started to campaign yet! All because you be mad your candidate is going out, but for very very good reasons. That's a cunty statement, oh and culty, so expect one back. You want to say something that fucking insanely stupid and vapid, you earned snarky.

You're so wrapped up in the Biden cultism of your head you can't see out of your fucking ass. It's like Pelosi, Obama, Jeffries, Schumer and so many other loyal Democrats who are anywhere from good at their job to some of the best at their job ever, are all fucking apparently stupid for pushing for Biden to get out, because you love Biden and can't see the reality in front of you. That shouldn't be our problem anymore.

You literally made the worst call on Biden and still are, and you're going to shit on a candidate with potential such as Kamala like that? It's insulting to intelligence at this point, and your political instincts have already shown to be absolutely moronic.

Which would be forgivable, but you keep doubling down tripling down and then shitting on our best hope with absolutely no standing or evidence to do so.

Anyone other than Jon Stewart or even Bernie Sanders is a missed opportunity. That said, straight white Christian man if the Democrats are serious.

I think the optimism is upward mobility vs Biden. That shows an positive trajectory that will only improve over time.
Having a candidate that can actually campaign vs. one that can't given you a lot more upside just out of the gate. How do you honestly try to convince someone to go out and vote for someone that can't form coherent thoughts? (Although in this case neither can, but Trump is incoherent with much more energy)

That would put that senate seat at risk, don't think that is a good idea.
