Who will go #1 in next year's NFL draft?

vince young probably won't even have an nfl career surpassing 2-3 years.

Spoken like a true SC homer.

yeh, Vince Young is rare talent, any other year he would probably lock up the Heisman

White is a junior but does not enjoy academics. If he gets a first round guarantee hes gone. SC has some good O-Lineman as well that could go first round.

It depends on who is picking, if the team needs a QB or RB. Most likely it'll be Bush though, Leinhart has looking a little shaky this year, even in the 66-19 blowout of UCLA.

Ruckers, on the D Line, might be a high pick as well, I dont know about first round though.

Leinhart if San Fran gets the first pick

Are you crazy? They just took Alex Smith 1st overall, they wouldn't take Leinart if he was available and they had the 3rd or 4th pick.

here's the thing. You have to look at Bush like LeBron. You MUST pick him. If he flops, well, you get to keep your job because EVERYONE has him listed as the number 1 talent. If you DON'T take him, and he does become Gale Sayers, then you are fired, never allowed to work in football again. It is a no-brainer for a GM. You either take him, or trade the pick for accomplished starters (not more picks.)

SF will pick bush, they have a. smith already ... hope those two will turn the team around.

the announcers talked about this during the UCLA-USC game.

They said a guy like bush will shine in the NFl... that is once he gets on a team as good as USC. He might get stuck in SF for awhile though.. heh.

depends on a lot of things. if texas wins the national title game and the texans have the #1 pick there is a good chance vince will come out to play for his home town.

if that isn't the case, i'd expect bush to come out ahead of leinart.

The Texans need a lot more help than just at quarterback. And they still have a young, previous 1st rounder in QB David Carr. Their current running back is also still young and has a lot of potential.

If the Niners get the first pick I would expect them to take Bush though. He's just too much of a raw talent not to pick him. Even if you don't need a running back, he can still be a great kick and punt returner, and threat on offense.
