Who Watches "The Wire"?

I think that this is a great show. Just started to watch it this season though so a few question.

1. Last year did some of it take place on the docks? If not where.

2. Will next year be the same cops, some of the same bad guys or ????

Just trying to figure out the continuity.

You really have to watch this show, not just have it on in the background. Just as good as "The Sopranos" or "6 Feet Under" in its own way maybe even better.

I watched all of last season. Last season took place entirely in and near the "towers" that they talk about and occasionally show this season. Last season had nothing to do with the docks, the union or anything. At the end of the first season, I couldn't see how they could continue the show, but they sure as hell did. Great show and very captivating. I think it portrays the side of the drug dealing business that everyone might not think about too.

Ive caught a few episodes but it just isnt my kind of show. I enjoy the other HBO shows.

I watched a lot of the first season before we discontinued HBO. I really liked it. I hope it comes out on DVD soon.

The next 2 episodes look great. Building up to the big finish I thought "The Sopranos" was going to have last year and never came.

Wish there were a few more programs good as this one is.

I've watched it since the first episode aired, great show.

Last season was more drugs in the towers, nothing to do with Frank Sabatka. I remember after seeing the first "the docks" episode I was disappointed. Now that I've seen a few, I like it and The Greeks is a good addition as well.

I hope Ziggy goes away for life, he's pretty damn annoying.

I don't get HBO, but I have seen it once. It was alright.

Thanks for reminding me to watch this show....I've caught maybe 4 or 5 shows, and I really like it...next to Oz, one of the reasons that I'm so glad we have HBO.
