I just got finished watching it. Pretty cool. Seeing all the hackers at the Defcon party(is that what it is called) was like watching some futuristic sci-fi movie. I did think that they made hackers seem a little too "friendly". They made it sound like almost all hackers hack because they want to help out the community. It's more like they hack to get recognized by the community. The show also placed emphasis on Script-Kiddies, people who just download a program and get lucky. I thought only newbie hackers did that, and that good hackers programmed their own programs and used linux.

What were your thoughts on the program.

I just found it.

Frontline
Hackers
60 min.
A primer on Internet vulnerability explores how ?Hackers? can break into personal, corporate and government computers, and charts some of the damage they've caused. Producer Neil Docherty reviews notorious cases (including that of a Florida 16-year-old who broke into NASA's computer system); visits a hackers' convention; and interviews Government Accounting Office technologist Keith Rhodes, who tested the computer systems of 26 government agencies. How successful was his team at breaking into them? ?We were always successful,? Rhodes says.

It's playing in my area again on February 19th at 1am.

Check your local listing.

well its partially our fault, consumers can't handle/won't pay the price for totally secure software:p Hell a bunch of users don't pay for it at all.
