These are the Iron Chefs who have appeared on the show (some have retired and have been replaced by successor iron chefs):

* Iron Chef Chinese Chen Kenichi (???)
* Iron Chef French (I) Yutake Ishinabe (???)
* Iron Chef French (II) Hiroyuki Sakai (????)
* Iron Chef Italian Masahiko Kobe (????)
* Iron Chef Japanese (I) Rokusaburo Michiba (?????)
* Iron Chef Japanese (II) Koumei Nakamura (????)
* Iron Chef Japanese (III) Masaharu Morimoto (????)


my vote goes to Masaharu Morimoto.
 
I'd eat the crap from the sweaty, dirty, chef at my local waffle house before I'd let one of those guys cook for me...i mean all their stuff is entrails and uncooked eggs and crap.
Gimme a steak slathered in grease with a load of grits on the side....mmmmMMMM 😛
 
All them asian cooks on that show look the same. Their names may be different though. 🙂
Don't matter though. The judges are impartial to local japanese style cooking anyway so the outcome will almost always be in favor of the Japanese cooks.
