Amen to that. A close second would be Ursula for Honey and Claudine Auger for Domino.

I like some of the newer Bond girls as well (think the lead girl in Goldeneye did a great job, Famke did good too but doesn't do it for me.) Michelle Yeoah and Halle Berry did great in the strong girl roles. Denise Richards did absolutely TERRIBLE. Middle school drama students could read their lines better than she did. She was only there for the wet tank top scene.
