Who was that chopper builder from Biker build off from england?

I am trying to look up a builder I saw on "Biker build off" on discover channel. It was quite awhile ago, maybe a year ago or so. From my memory he was from england, and his design was VERY simple. Not much curve and everything was toned down. but very stylish. If anyone knows , let me know 😀 thanx
