You mean the movie where they make Eddie Murphy rich and Dan Aykroyd poor?

I believe he is talking about that television program on TLC where you trade houses for a day to make your neighbour's room different with a budget of 1000. That show is hilarious, I sometimes catch it at work.

I don't think I would want to have my room molested by someone besides me.

cool show.. i loved last weeks marathon of viewers most popular.. esp the one where the designer wanted to paint the fireplace.. but the couple didnt want to.. so he instead covered it with some wood.. i thought it looked nice and modern.. shocking how the wife started crying and had to leave the room cuz she was so disgusted.. and the husband said something along the lines of "it looks nothing like what it used to look like".. wth were they expecting anyways? if the couple watched the show enough, they'd realize that the designers sometimes do drastic changes to the rooms.. the show basically wasted $1000 since they said they were gonna change back to the way it was.. and i bet that caused some rifts with their neighbors.. :p

I don't think I'd ever go on the show. Well, I might, if it was my house. My mom has said "No way." But I agree, the only way I would ever go on the show was if Vern was the one doing my room. From what I've seen, he does the best rooms. That one lady Hilde does a pretty decent job, too.

Paige isn't bad, but the other host Alex is better-looking. Anyone know what ever happened to her?

I like my rooms the way they are. Anyone see the moss wall room, or the basement that looked like the inside of a bigtop circus tent!:Q

Hilde is the worst designer ever. She makes everything way to dark and doesn't listen to what the people think the room should look like. I like most of Vern's work though.

I used to like that show, but it's gotten to where I guess the designers are bored with normal stuff, and so they keep trying to come up with all kinds of outrageous designs just to be different.

And yes, Paige is hot, Hildi is definitely doable, and there's one other blonde, just-a-bit-chubby chick that looks pretty good, too.

Keep Hildi away from your house, unless you want a ton of fabric draped all over the place.

That show's a hoot. My wife and I love watching it.

I find it funny when they say things like "I hope they don't paint the furniture or remove the ceiling fan," that's the kiss of death. I've never seen them leave a ceiling fan up.

The show where she cried was the best. Like was said earlier, what were you expecting...for them not to touch the room? Sad thing is, that was one of Doug's better rooms.

I like Frank from the standpoint that he seems easy to work with. You could probably deficate on a blank canvas and he'd tell you it would look nice before he adds some color to it and hangs it over the mantle.
