Who wanted to remove vocals from a stereo recording?

Thats easy to do. Download and install goldwave, Load the file, go to effects, then stereo, and finally remove vocals.

To remove vocals from a stereo recording you invert the channels and paste them on the opposite channel. It will cancel out any "like" sound, which would be something mixed to the center, typically vocals. Alot of newer songs have weird phasing and other effects on the vocals that get mixed L and R, so those will still exist. Any other instruments mixed in the center will also be canceled, usually bass and kick drum.
