Who to RMA to?

I have an MSI K9N Ultra Motherboard which i have recently learned has a bad capacitor that causes a shutdown when writing large files to an PATA Disc. I didn't know about this problem for awhile because i was only using one HDD and it was SATA and didn't know about the problem. Its now been 3 or 4 months since i bought it, and am i still able to RMA? It no longer shows up in my NewEgg account history, so do i have to send it to MSI?
