Who to contact to complain about apartment management?

this happens about one day every other 2 weeks or so ever since i moved in on january. last week they shut it off till about 10pm!! my neighbor told me it's been this way for the last 2 years where they are always "repairing" their pipes. anyone know who i can complain to or do i just have to suck it uP?

btw my water is off again today, i had to do #2 and it's sitting there in my toilet.

Scoop it out and splatter it against the main office window? They'll get the hint.

Find out of there's someone 'above' you can complain to. My apartment manager here is an idiot as well. The old one we had was awesome, but she got busted for discrimination of some kind. So maybe not as awesome as I thought. So now we have one that puts NOTES ON THE DOORS IN ALL CAPITEL LERTERS AND CAN'T TPYE OR SEPELL AT ALL1!

And they randomly do things such as put up a note saying that all cars must be removed from the parking lot on Tuesday morning by 9AM for repainting of the parking spaces. This wouldn't be a problem if they didn't put the note up monday night

1. Call enviromental health
2. Call the actual owner at home and bug him


That is what the tenants do at the group of properties my wife manages.

I actually fix the line breaks for them which at one time seemed like once a week. Really not a lot that can be done but try and do it quickly. If the line is not completely broken even if it is surfacing she will leave it on and put out a notice telling residents to buy a couple jugs of water. We try to fix them mid day or late at night so less people will bitch and we sectioned the system off where only a few people are without water if a line breaks.
