who to ask to add spouse to title?

I bought a vehicle last year, and I want to go ahead and add my wife to the title.

who do I ask in order to get this done? the tag agency? the bank that does my loan?
is it a pretty easy process?

any one know?

go to the dmv and ask
probably just have to get a new title with both names
