Who the hell wears an ascot in this day and age?

Had yet another lame ass United Way meeting this morning. The guy from the local chapter was in there with some of our HR fatties and he was wear a ridiculous outfit. Tan pants, blue blazer, white shirt, red ascot. WTF? Who wears that sh1t? I couldn't decide if I was listening to Freddy from Scooby Doo talk or if it was Mr. Howell. I kept waiting for him to drop either a "hey gang" or a "Lovey" on us at any minute.
