...and why does he/she keep trying to create accounts on my webmail server?

1) I don't know him/her and it's pretentious to request a free email account without even asking.

2) I had offered to create free accounts at one point LONG AGO but only to people who personally contacted me first.

3) mtwgg doesn't respond to PMs, so I'm calling you out and telling you STOP SIGNING UP FOR EMAIL ACCOUNTS. YOU ARE NOT GETTING ONE. GOOD DAY, SIR.

Seriously, I don't know if this user is devoid of common courtesy, common sense, or just plain rude.
 
Well, sorry. I found it your site, and created an account. Didn't know it was ask only, I just starting coming here not long ago because I forgot my pass, and had to have it reset.
