1/4 of a year's salary!????!??? I only just caught that part!!! Let's hope that's a joke and not tradition. If I had any single tiny thing that valuable, I wouldn't wear it anywhere, for fear of damaging or losing it.

What amazes me is teh same country tat pride itself on individual expression, freedom of choice, and overusage of the expression "im my own man" or "im a strong independent women" fell so easily in line and r living their lives according 2 what teh diamond industry r telling them 2.

What also amazes me also is sum people here cant get over grammer an spellin. They must have really low self esteem in real life and their mastery of the english language is teh only thing they have to hold on 2 since they believe any1 who post of incorrect grammer are dumb stupid etc etc.

did you know a diamond is not forever, it very very slowly turns back into another carbon compound, graphite i think.
