If they did something more realistic like Indiana Jones (it was kind of believable), I'd watch it. No more 30' stone statues.
Uncharted, in theory, would be a great reboot of the Indiana Jones series. However, everything I've read says it will be a disaster since the director is completely changing the story.
Best thing they can do for this is to find a nobody. We don't need to see a big name actress. Find someone who is athletic, good looking, and likable. They don't need to be gorgeous. They don't need to be the best at acting because I doubt it will be that deep of a movie. Then take all that extra money that you saved by hiring the no-name and spend it on quality writing.
One of my favorite horror movies of the past decade, The Descent, had a bunch of no-name women that fit everything I said above and it worked.
