I'm sorry, but you're hoping for the best if you don't think the Russians didn't sell these guys nukes. I don't doubt it in the least. They'd do anything for a buck these days, and their security is beyond lax. I'm sure the mafia could get their hands on a few of them...y'know by giving the guards money for food. I mean, MiG-29 pilots are willing to fly their planes to private airfields for 10K.

Last time I checked the BBC was practically a stenograph of Hezbollah, Reuters & AP employ people who "touch up" pictures, and even CNN has been quite focused exclusively on Lebanon.

Incidently, Hezbollah will simply take over the funds or goods sent to Lebanon and make it seem as if they are responsible for the relief.

Either that, or it will go to support their jiahd operations, just like it did with some of the Tsunami relief.

omg, i can't believe multiple people on this forum are actually trying to argue that these countries have nukes. Russia would never sell nukes to other countires, that completely undermines their own self interests. Countires with nukes are like a cut above in our modern world, no matter what they do you cant touch them. Russia giving other countires nuclear weapons completely just weakens their position as a world leader. Not to mention everyone would be incredibly pissed off at them. Look, I know Russia is building a nuclear reacot in Iran, but they are jsut doign it for the money, they arent gonna let IRan get nukes, and they knwo that Isreal and the US sure as heck wont, so they sit back and get the $$$ while the ISreal and the US are forced to blow up Iran nuclear reacto in a few years. Certainly they are out to get money and will sell weapons to pretty much anyone, but that does NOT include nuclear weapons.

To be honest, we really dont want Hezbollah, Iran, and Syria paying for the rebuilding, if they do then everyone will think that Hezbollah has their best interests at heart and not the rest of the world, this will simply win them more converts. Even if you think they "deserve" to pay for it surely you can see that those whose homes were destroyed by Isreal and are rebuilt be Hezbollah will be happy with Hezbolalh and mad at Isreal. The subtleties of exactly who started what are alot less important to people than whether or not they will have a place to live in the near future.
