Who should I callto complain?

I ordered a Backpack for my mom for xmas on the 21th with overstock. They had next day free shipping on a few items and I got my mom's backpack from there. Now overstock said my package would be here on the 23rd. This morning I just got my tracking number (UPS) and it said I was going to get it today. But just now I checked it again and it was rescheduled and will be delivered on the 26th. The shipping method is even next day air. I am so mad right now I thought everything was going to be perfect. Who should I call? Overstock or UPS? Or should I wait until tomorrow to see if it comes then? Thanks.

Calling someone will do nothing to expidite the shipping. Have a happy holiday, make a card with a hand illustrated picture of the backpack and give that to her. Have a little fun with it🙂
 
Accept the fact that you waited too long to buy your christmas gift online, and now it's not going to make it on time. These things happen, especially this time of year. There is no one you can call to complain to that will be able to fix it.
 
yep I agree, you can try go get a refund on the over night shipping charges but really you are to blame for getting it too late online.... I of course havent done any shopping yet haha
