It is always great to test out your new processor and find that you have an overclocking jewel. On the other hand, I am currently the owner of a 700 cB0 that is a dud. Boosting the voltage by 10% will yield a stable 866 MHz, but that is it. No way this thing is ever going to hit 933 MHz short of super cooling.
If you want a specific overclocking target, such as a 700 MHz CPU running 933@133 FSB, it would be worth paying a premium, if you consider a 700 cB0 that won't a piece of junk.
