who sells PRE-Overclocked computers??

These guys do: http://www.genxtechcomp.com/products.htm
Never dealt with them, just a website I found.
Azzo sells systems that are obviously built for the purpose, but not pretested. My first overclocked system was built on a guaranteed combo from them, Celeron 300a on a bh6, 128 megs pc100. Still running.

It is always great to test out your new processor and find that you have an overclocking jewel. On the other hand, I am currently the owner of a 700 cB0 that is a dud. Boosting the voltage by 10% will yield a stable 866 MHz, but that is it. No way this thing is ever going to hit 933 MHz short of super cooling.

If you want a specific overclocking target, such as a 700 MHz CPU running 933@133 FSB, it would be worth paying a premium, if you consider a 700 cB0 that won't a piece of junk.

Pretesting is ok, but its the thrill of finding you have a "goldenboy" CPU that just keeps going up. I only the other hand have a Athlon 700 that won't beat 770 without great cooling, even with a 2/5 cache divider (on Ka7). Even with my good cooling it locks up sometimes (I have it running full load 24/7 though, I can't complain).
