Who sells Infineon RAM?

I am putting together a dual Xeon system on an Asus PC-DL. I have heard that Infineon ram is capable of running 200-233Mhz FSB at a cas level 3 with the limited 2.5 volts the PC-DL provides. This would be great since I want to be able to run at least 200FSb speed or more, and I don't want to have to do any serious modding to get extra voltage to the ram.

I don't know much about infineon ram, the guy I talked to about this said to look for 5B, 5C or if I can actually find some 6A Infineon memory. PC3200 CL3 as I said. So any help I can get in finding this stuff would be great. Thanks
