Who sells heatsink adapter cables?

My heatsink has a three pin connector (to plug into the motherboard header), but from what I remember reading, the epox board I have won't sustain a big fan through it's header, so I need one of those three pin-->four pin adapter thingies. Anyone know who sells them cheap (can't find it locally)? Also need a source for some plastic or metal PC card thumbscrews (to hold the cards to the case). Preferably the same source to save on shipping, if possible.
