who sells 3-disc dvd cases?

I'm looking to buy ~100 dvd cases, but I need the ones that hold 3 discs. I found c4component.com and cd-romduplication.com, but don't really like either of their cases. The ones I want are normal sized with one disc on the right hand side like usual, but add a flap in the center with a disc on each side. Anyone know where I can buy these?

i've only seen 2 disc cases. have you thought about 3 disc CD jewel cases? i think i've seen those.

Multi-disc cd cases are easy to find, but I really want dvd cases. We're making a video of a school talent show and I'd like to make them more video-looking. It's 3 discs because it's on vcd, not dvd.
