I was actually stupid enough to listen to this. I don't know why, I knew vinegar is highly acidic to begin with which CAUSES heartburn.

Upon taking a spoonful, I started to gag. Tears started to come out as I gasped for air. I couldn't breathe. I immediately went for the waterbottle to wash down my esophogus but it was too late. I thought I was gonna die...

But worst part is it actually left some permanent damage. It damaged by esophogus by burning them. Five hours later, my throat still feels raw and scratchy inside. WTF...

This nonsense has been going around for a while now.

Some home-remedy loser is making money of this crap.

My friend told me about it. I told him to take tums.

Do you still have heartburn?

I know the guy on the infomercials at 3am said it works but he also says you can't get diseases if you buy his supplements/ books

Yes, if you are going to drink vinegar, drink apple cider vinegar. No idea if it is supposed to help with heartburn though.

Good God dude, I would be puking or at least dry heaving all over the place. I can't STAND the smell of vinegar, much less the taste. Sometimes when I'm sick I can't even handle ketchup.

Permanent damage? Lol, doofus :p Vinegar's not so tasty plain, but far from inedible. Add salt and it's a great fry/chip topping, add cayenne and it's a great hot sauce. Certainly won't help heartburn though. Aside from pepcid/zantac/tums/etc, I've found there isn't much that works on heartburn, I'm sorry to tell you.

Yea in moderate amounts. Take a one full spoon and just down it. See what happens.
