trying to look up the value of a 1994 Acura Integra LS (2dr) right now, and i'm getting vastly different quotes. KBB gives me a value of $8,265 for a clean title, and Edmunds says it's $12,000 base price with no options. even under the average title (instead of clean) it's still in the $12,000 range, no where near the KBB value. even under an excellent title, KBB still gives it less then $9,000. what's the deal? it's 72,000 miles btw.

i would probably believe the blue book.. 12k sounds like a lot. I just sold my 96 eclipse in perfect condition and only got 7k for it.

I've always trusted edmunds. When I've always looked in the past, the blue-book retail price was always hella overpriced and the trade-in was way underpriced. Edmunds always gave the most realistic values.

BTW, I looked the edmund's price up too, and it was the same as the one bigsmooth saw. Maybe you were accidentally looking at the 96-97-98s? Or Edmund's server might've burped.

I don't know what title has to do with it.
Make sure all variables are input: milage, condition, options, geographical location, etc.

I agree... Edmunds has always give the most accurate price for me. There "True Market Value" system is awesome!
