Just out of curiosity, who pre-ordered Oblivion?

Just did mine with FREE overnight shipping 😀 from Gamestop.
 
Not sure, put in some coupon code (can't say it though, don't want ban) that I thought might still work.

It was still $9 for processing though. Probably their way of getting back.

i'll order from amazon and get free 2nd day shipping with the amazon prime thinger
 
I pre-ordered it with the guide. However, I did it in-store. No reason to order it shipped when I can pick it up the day it comes out.
 
It's hard to believe but I saw the game floating around the net already. I did'nt download it but it amazes how fast stuff gets cracked, copied and released on the net.

But to answer the question I did'nt pre-order I'll just pick up a copy from BB or CC on the 21st
 
I preordered the CE from my local gaemstore. Picking it up on the 21st 🙂

No stategy guide though. Not my thing.

I wish they weren't realeasing it early lol
 
Pre-ordered the regular version from outpost.com January 20th. Came to $50 with overnight shipping (was $36 base price but I wanted it ASAP). Can't wait for it to come though my BF2 Combat battles are going to suffer for a few weeks...
 
Naw, I want it but I don't believe in pre-ordering. Plus I want to read a couple reviews before I plunk down the cash.

yea, imagine it unplayable with bugs or just TOO stressful for any system currently

Honestly, I don't think it will be as bad as it was talked up to be...especially since I'll play at 10x7. But it defnately could be really buggy.

Plus, I have win2k and I don't want to be the guinea pig for that one. My car keeps breaking to much lately for me to waste any more money.
 
Preordered my 360 version around Xmas when everything at Futureshop/Bestbuy as 10% off. I would change to store pickup but too many idiots and I'm worried it would be given to anyone who waltzs in.

Pre-ordering is a must. I worked for Gamestop at one point, and found out some interesting things about how it works. If you don't pre-order, there is a chance that you won't get a copy the day it comes out, or even that week. Take the Xbox 360 for instance. I was working at Gamestop when they were taking preorders for that. They had to split them into two seperate shipments because so many people preordered. If you didn't, you didn't get one. It can be the same with games sometimes.
 
arggghhh i held out on pre-ordering the game, mainly because im not made of cash. Im still contemplating on getting this, G.R.A.W, or several newly released psp games. Ill most likely wait for some reviews and then bite.
