I play soccer for fun. I want to try to get good enough to get on my schools team, but I don't have the motivation/time.

I played high school/club volleyball pretty seriously in my HS days. My school has a club team, I'm probably gonna play for it next year, this year it is just intermurals for me....I also play some football, I'm the little beast :D I play with guys from my floor that are alot bigger than me, and play the sport alot more seriously than me, and I still boggle their minds when it takes 3 or 4 of them to tackle me :)

I play ice hockey, it's like a drug, if I don't get my fix twice a week I go insane. It's F%^*ING expensive down here in Arizona though. One league can run half a grand at some of the rinks, it's ridiculous.

I'm gonna miss sports!

I played football in High School, had a chance to go somewhere, but I also played baseball, there in-lay the problem.

I was a better baseball player than football player and I got a 1/2 schoalrship to play at ASU, I went, red-shirted my first year, but during my red-shirt year I tore my ACL in my left knee. Never got back to full strength and they revoked my money.

I still play in under 21 leagues where i can find them.

just like in high school, no matter how many years you attend college, you only get to play 4 years of a sport.

If you red-shirt, you dont waste one of those years. For me, I wasn't going to be in the starting rotation for pitching, and wasnt even optimistic about relieving any, so instead of wasting a year, I red-shirted and didnt play.

And yes, scholarships are year to year and they can be revoked at any point.

I kick-box. I've got a light contact Savate (French Kickboxing) tournament coming up in March. It'll be my first.

Yes, if they hit you hard, you have to surrender.

I play recreational soccer with people from work.
I snowboard quite a lot in the winter. Already have 4 trips for 9 days this season. Got 13 days last season, trying to break 20 this year.

I ski regularly in the winter, and play golf regularly in the summer.

I also fish and go hiking quite a bit once the weather is nice.
