The big water/fuel trucks are made by Oshkosh Truck (unless they got bought by someone).

Oshkosh B'Gosh has a water/fuel truck division?? 😉

General Dynamics Land Systems makes a majority of the tank. However, the different subsystems are contracted out to smaller companies.

Stewart & Stevenson makes the FMTV trucks. I believe Osh Kosh also has a production contract for some of them, or they are in inventory.

GM and they still cant compete with toyota in the car market.

Army vehicles don't translate well into Impalas and Cavaliers.

That said, I'd rather have a Silverado then a Titan/Tundra.

Link GM sold it's London, Ontario GM Defense unit to General Dynamics a couple of years back.
