Who makes the Dell branded 18" and 19" LCD monitors?

The 19 is a samsung 191t Don't know about the 18. The 191t is very good I like mine. Mite not be the best for games.
 
The Samsung 192T is due out soon. I heard its got 700:1 contrast and 17ms response but I can't seem to find any spec sheet or price for it 🙁
