Who makes the dell 1800FP?

I remember reading on here the actual maker of the 1800FP LCD, it wasn't a big name, it was like LG or something... anyone know?
 
LG Phillips makes the LCD panels in the 2001FP... the other models use panels from AUO or something...let me check

Edit: LG Phillips makes them all... the 2001 was based off of one of AUO's 16ms panels.
 
Good question fumbduck. I've always wondered myself but never looked into the matter. That LCD gets all the raves for those in the know who like to game.

well ACER used to make the 2000FP I think, LG Phillips makes the new 2001...

I remember reading it on here, and someone provided with a link, and the 2 models looked exactly alike except for color.
I found one on the LG website, but its not exactly the same, althought it is DAMN close.
