Who makes the "Cicero" 16x DVDROM?

Any ideas?

I know Samsung made their 8x, and Pioneer made their 10x (in fact the 10x I got in a cicero box even had a pioneer faceplate on it 😉)...who makes their 16?

I can't find their website...
 
I found a site which says its Hitachi... It shows a picture of the box with a huge orange circle that says Hitachi...

Maybe Hitachi, I wouldn't swear to it though

That's the 2x 😉
The 8x is a Samsung
The 10x (I have it beside me) is a Pioneer.

I don't know who their 16x is tho.
