Who makes the better running shoe? Adidas or Nike?

Yes, I know everyone on these forums lives in their New Balance or Saucony's, but between the two brands I've mentioned in the title, which company produces the better running shoe?

I don't like either, I am a big ASICS fan, the others all give me shin splints...but between the two Adidas by far...Nike has the tech, but hteir shoes fall apart, and I get shin splints 2x faster

I used to run in Adidas but they kept tearing up, and I've switched to New Balance since and love them.

I use these. Nice shoe imo.

Depends on your foot and cushioning requirements. Neither is better than the other.

Nike makes the best forefoot cusion in the industry. Adidas makes a decent heal cusioning. The Nike will take longer to break down.

Nike also tends to make more flexible shoes that are preferable to supinators. Adidas shoes are for the most part, very neutral.

For pure performance and fit, I'm a fan of Asics.

Nike has some new shoes out...I just got em, cuz I run alot...they are the best running shoes I have owned...second only to my Asics Gel Nimbus VI...which only lasted a year before the sole was gone ...these nikes will probably be the same, but the are sweeeeet to run in....
They were made to simulate training without shoes.
