Who makes the better NIC? D-Link or Linksys? Full duplex mode?

I can pick up either D-Link DFE-530TX+ or Linksys LNE100TX for the same price and I need to pick up a bunch for our small office network. Recommendations? I've noticed that the Linksys has the higher retail price and claims 200Mpbs in full duplex mode. Is this a good advantage?
