It's a real toss up really as I believe it varies with the particular model of the card. Sure they almost all just use nvidia's reference board but it's the quality of memory, etc. that goes on them that can make a difference. Some people also judge them by how much they overclock while others could card less about overclocking their video cards. They just want a stable and solid system.
i really love my abit ti4200... ram overclocks like a mother***** but the core is not as willing. Oh well, hopefully i'll be getting a radeon 9800np soon that will go to pro speeds 😉. Ti4200 still the best cheap card out there imo though.
I voted PNY just because my PNY Ti4200 overclocked so well to 300/600 (maybe it'd go higher, I haven't tried). I'm not really sure who makes the best, however. My brother has an Abit Ti4200, w/the OTES, but it sounds like a leafblower.
